Our ordering process is tailored to accommodate the hand-made and curated nature of our pieces, ensuring that each order receives the appropriate attention.

DIRECT ONLINE PURCHASES

Upon selecting your item(s), follow the order placement process. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on package size and delivery address.

You can review your order details before finalising your purchase. Your order is confirmed upon receipt by Atelier 024 and payment has been approved.

Lead times vary between products. These lead times are specified on the product page. Lead times subject to change - we will ensure you are updated if the lead time exceeds what was specified on the product page at time of order.

Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched through our preferred delivery partner and you will be notified via email.

Please note that we cannot accept orders if billing and delivery addresses cannot be verified. A digital order confirmation will be sent to your email after completing your purchase, serving as a receipt. 

ENQUIRY PURCHASES

Due to the handmade nature of our collections, we kindly ask that you enquire to make a purchase. We will contact you to finalise bespoke details of your purchase, discuss delivery requirements and inform you any changes to specified lead times. We endeavour to offer a personalised and considered experience for every Atelier 024 purchase.

Each product description features an estimated lead time for your convenience - kindly note that this is a guide only. Exact lead times for our crafted-to-order pieces will be confirmed following your enquiry.

Upon confirming your order, production commences once an approved invoice with finishing specifications and a non-refundable deposit of 50% is received. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipping.
