At Atelier 024, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully before making a purchase, as it is designed to ensure clarity on refunds, returns and exchanges.

Atelier 024 does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellation, replacement or changes of order for change of mind.

Colour Discrepancies: Atelier 024 ensures our items are photographed as accurately as possible, but variations in colour may occur due to differences in lighting or monitor displays. Returns based on colour discrepancies are not permitted.

Vintage, Antique, and Second-hand Items: Vintage, antique, and second-hand items may have minor imperfections due to previous use. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge the imperfections and agree that no returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellation, replacement or changes of order will be offered for a change of mind.

Custom Made Items: handmade and custom-made products may exhibit unique variations, including marking from the production process. These variations are not considered defects. Please review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Made to Order / Custom Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellation, replacement or changes of order on “made to order” or “custom order” items. These include items specially ordered from a supplier or not part of our current stock. All sales of these items are final.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, contact Atelier 024 within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
